1. 📈 Signal Usage & Disclaimer

Our trading signals are based on technical analysis and past performance, but do not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that trading involves risk and you are fully responsible for any gains or losses from using our signals.

2. ⚙️ Platform Compatibility

MYFX SNIPER PRO signals are delivered via Telegram and can be used on any trading platform (MT4, MT5, cTrader, TradingView, mobile apps, etc.). You do not need MT4 to receive or benefit from our signals.

3. 🔒 Licensing Policy

Your license is tied to ONE MT4 account ID only. If you submit an MT4 ID to activate your license, it cannot be changed later.

⚠️ Think twice before submitting your MT4 ID.
If you switch brokers or change your MT4 ID, a new license is required. No refunds or reassignments will be issued.

4. 🚫 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and trading tools, all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds once your license or signals have been delivered.

5. 🔐 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use the signals. MYFX SNIPER PRO is not liable for any profit or loss from your trading activity.

6. 📬 Privacy & Data Use

Your name, email, and Telegram handle are used strictly to deliver signals and updates. We never sell or share your data with third parties.

7. 📉 Service Availability

We reserve the right to pause, adjust, or discontinue the signal service at any time, with or without notice.
